Added RG CubeXX and RG 28XX Support to OneOS

I’ve added RG CubeXX and RG 28XX support to OneOS, a MinUI fork OS with multi-language support.

This depends on the hardware I own, but I’m planning to mainly add support for popular, smaller devices.

For future features, I’d like to implement WiFi and RetroArch achievements.
